Pictorial Evidence

Along the way, I’ve taken pictures to remind me of my lifestyle changes and the energy I radiate from the inside out now that I have made changes. Feel free to browse them here. (Scroll down for the most up to date progress picture!)

My Official BEFORE Omni Photo - MAY 10, 2014
The first picture was my official "before" photo, taken unexpectedly at a wedding. I was miserable.  Just two short weeks later, the dress I wore was already getting big (and WITHOUT Spanx!). This was motivation to start cleaning out my closet...
This picture was taken at about 18 days into my first round, phase 2. This dress is about 2 1/2 sizes SMALLER than the picture above!  With Omni, the adipose fat is burned, making the shape of my body significantly different in a short amount of time. Very reinforcing!
Although the quality of this photo isn't the best, the reason it is significant to me is that I am wearing a pencil skirt...that a couple of weeks prior wouldn't zip...and in this picture it was comfortable without Spanx! For those of you who are wearers of the miracle-undergarment-know as Spanx, you might appreciate how big of a milestone this was for me!

Although I still have a long way to go, I bought these pants 2 weeks before I started the Omni Program because I was desperate for some capris that I could button. They were an extremely tight squeeze when I brought them home and here they are, baggy!

Well, so maybe I need some Spanx with this dress to smooth things out a bit, but it was really nice asking the sales lady to bring me a SMALLER size! This is a size 16! Crazy since I started at a tight, Lane Bryant 24!

I haven't worn this dress since right after my first child was born...in this picture I'm wearing it confidently without any Spanx! It is just right for keeping things cool on hot summer days and works well with a cardigan for a cold office :)

Ultimately, I passed on purchasing this dress because I'm waiting for it to go on sale...but I loved the polka dot denim and pockets! But perhaps the best part is that it is a Gap 18!

I'm a little bummed that I don't have anywhere to wear this dress because I'm a bit in love with it! The most amazing part is that I had to ask the sales lady to get me a SMALLER size! I don't recall that ever happening to me before and it nearly brought me to tears.  I actually ended up having to explain why it took me so long in the fitting room with one dress because I was so excited to share my success!

Selfie Progress - May 10 to June 18!!

June 23rd - I was so excited to fit into a smaller size at Dress Barn - my new favorite store!

October 2013 (Before Omni) and July 18 (about 2 months in to my first round)

I stalked this dress at Dress Barn through about 2 different sizes and finally worked up the courage to by it for myself in a record small size as a gift to myself for my 32nd birthday...

Loving fall and leggings with boots - but especially loving that space between my thighs! Even high school (at my smallest) I didn't have that space....

The hair is getting shorter because there is much less fat in my face to hide!
